Credit Card Refunds

Based on refund approval by Spectra Property Services representative, all credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that services were purchased on. In the event there is no receipt showing credit card used or credit card is not available, Spectra Property Services will issue a refund to another credit card or via check per approval by Spectra Property Services representative.

Whether it’s your Social Security number or how much money you made last year, public records and other sources can be very revealing of personal information. Spectra Property Services is committed to protecting your privacy and we’ve actively put safeguards in place to do just this. In order to provide you with further information regarding these safeguards and procedures, here’s an update on our privacy policy.

To keep your personal, non-public information private, we have established the following policies:

• We never sell your information to other companies for their independent marketing purposes.
• We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information, and to protect you against the criminal misuse of that information.
• We restrict access to your account(s) to only those employees involved in providing the services you’ve requested. All Spectra Property Services employees are required to keep your personal information confidential and no personal information is stored at our local sales office.
